Can I add or change my order?

We cannot modify or add existing orders, but we can cancel the order so that you can resubmit the correct quantity or product. Please send an email to sally@juliantex.com We can handle it for you!

Can I order samples?

Yes! You can purchase a 1/8 sample cut on the product page for each fabric - simply click the "Order 1/8 Sample" button to add it to your shopping cart. The cutting size of the 1/8 size sample is 4.5 inches x fabric width. We attach fabric name labels to each cutting sample for your reference.

If you order 1/8 size sample cutting and wish to use USPS regular shipping instead of USPS priority shipping, please make a request in the order remarks. Once your order is completed, we will refund the shipping cost difference.

How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 working days, but when we are on a promotion and the order volume is high, it may take 4-7 days. Domestic orders usually take 2-4 days to be delivered after shipment. If your order has not been delivered after 5 days, please contact us via sally@juliantex.com Contact us. International orders may take 2-3 weeks to be delivered. We can ship by express delivery according to the requirements. How do I obtain an order quotation?

You can obtain an order quotation by filling out our online form or directly contacting us. We will provide you with a quotation based on your order quantity, product type, style, design complexity, and delivery time.

What are your payment methods and terms?

We accept PayPal and credit card as payment methods. We require a 30% deposit to be paid before production and the remaining balance to be paid before shipment.ab

What if the fabric I ordered is in short supply or out of stock?

We try our best to update our inventory online in a timely manner, but sometimes the products are sold out before we process your order. If the product is out of stock, defective, or in insufficient quantity, we will contact you to understand how you would like to handle it. Please ensure to use the current email address when placing the order, as this is the way we communicate with you. It's best to check your spam folder, as sometimes our emails may be there, but they may be missed.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If there are any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to solve the problem as soon as possible and effectively.
